BALUT Soft-boiled eggs typical filipino (Vomit)

If a trip to the Philippines, apparently not complete if you have not ever tried a special food from the Philippines called Balut.

Balut are duck eggs aged well 18hari (21hari hatch) boiled half cooked, complete with its embryo. This is the exotic foods from countries the Philippines, may be the shadow of these foods makes you disgusted or nauseated, but not the case with the Philippine society. They usually eat rollicking bandaged after dinner by the wayside. Follow these tricks do not let the shadow of the duck embryo to haunt you: eat the dressing with a sprinkling of salt and pepper in a dark place!
